No fake cheese aftertaste that I find in most recipes YUM. I saw this on Pinterest and it caught my eye and made it today, I used penne pasta instead but did as written with the rest of the recipe also breadcrumbs and it came out wonderful. I must say I have tried many gluten-free and vegan Mac and cheeses and this one does not have any aftertaste and it was so creamy.
